Child Support

Child Support

The financial support of children is a duty that the non-custodial parent in Pennsylvania must uphold. Pennsylvania law regarding child support states that the parent who has physical custody of a minor child is entitled to child support.

If you have custody of your child and are not receiving child support, or are in need of an increase in child support to adequately care for your child, I can help. Likewise, if you are a non-custodial parent and have experienced hardship or financial constraints that necessitate reduction of child support payments, I can represent you in Family Court.

I have significant experience in child support cases in Pennsylvania, and can review your situation to determine a fair and equitable arrangement for child support.  Please contact me or call to arrange a free consultation to discuss your child support situation.
